How to track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The email will include your tracking number and tracking link. Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered.

My tracking has not been updated for an extended period of time.

Shipping information may occasionally stop updating due to carrier system delays, customs inspections, or warehouse backlogs. In most cases, this does not affect the final delivery.

Please do not worry — our team monitors shipments daily and works closely with logistics providers to ensure packages are delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

I don't receive my order after the estimated delivery time.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for support: service@varaoras.com

Note: Claims for lost packages must generally be submitted within 2 months after shipment.

I did not receive part of my order.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, so items can arrive separately. If this happens, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each package.

If an item becomes unavailable, we may issue a refund automatically. Please check your inbox and spam folder for updates.

My order was divided into multiple packages.

To speed up delivery, some orders may be shipped separately. Tracking information for each package will be provided once shipped.

I am not available when my order arrives.

Some shipping carriers allow delivery instructions or safe-place delivery options.

If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at your local post office or carrier facility. Please contact the local carrier promptly to arrange pickup or redelivery.

Note: Unclaimed packages may eventually be returned to the sender.

Tracking shows delivered, but I have not received my package.

Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait a short period and check carefully around your property.

We also recommend checking:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Safe places around your home
  • Neighbors or household members
  • Your local post office or delivery carrier

My tracking shows that the package is being returned to sender.

Packages may be returned due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Package unclaimed
  • Recipient moved or unavailable
  • Carrier delivery issue

Are there any additional charges?

Normally, there are no additional charges after checkout. However, in rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

If customs fees occur, the customer is responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
